Guidelines - How to use TEP

Exhibitor's Responsibility

The exhibitor is the person who schedules the exhibits for your institution. This person is responsible for supervising the booking, publicity, receiving and returning, unpacking and packing, handling and hanging of the shows, as well as accepting the liability for them.

Security Requirements

To meet the needs of the varied organizations that participate in our Traveling Exhibits Program, we offer exhibitions that require different levels of security. To determine which of the three categories your institution falls under, each exhibitor is asked to complete an abbreviated Standard Facility Report. The security category may require a site visit from a State Museum staff member. The security levels include: high, moderate and limited.
